This page guides you through the process of requesting your official ONWAR certificate. Whether you’re preparing for your defense or planning ahead, we’re here to help you complete the final steps smoothly. To be eligible for the ONWAR certificate, certain academic and program-related requirements must be met. You can find the full list of qualifications here.

Application Process

You can request your ONWAR certificate as soon as your defense date is known. If the date is not yet known, please set a reminder in your calendar so you do not forget to request your certificate.

We aim to present your certificate during your defense. In some cases, we may need to send it to your home address.

Post-PhD Career Tracking

We are interested in the career paths of our alumni after their PhD. This information helps us to improve our career events and other activities. Therefore, we ask you to inform us about your first job post-PhD. We would also like to have your personal email address to invite you to future alumni events or to participate in surveys.

Title of the Dissertation *

Provide the complete title as it should appear on your certificate.

Defense Date *

Specify the date when you will officially defend your PhD (e.g., September 15, 2027).

Name of Supervisor *

Enter the full name of your primary PhD supervisor.

Start Date of PhD *

Indicate the date you commenced your PhD studies.
